The GUESS project partners had their 1st Transnational Project Meeting at the Hellenic Open University (HOU) in Athens, Greece, on 23rd and 24th of January 2024.
The meeting agenda include:
- Welcoming and brief participants’ introduction
- Overviewing the progress so far and what are the ongoing sub-activities
- Discussing the 1st project task: “2.1 Identify the needs of university students”
- Discussing the 2nd and 3rd project tasks: “2.2 Definition of the use cases” & “2.3 Definition of the digital content”. The partners had a round table discussion and arranged future actions.
- Presentation of the virtual world platform and of a demonstrative gamified use case
- Discuss the 4th Work Package Deliverable, where the partners had the the opportunity to discuss and work on the next steps and timeline for all partners.
The first F2F meeting allowed the partners to have more interaction and engagement compared to the online meetings that were organised previously. It promoted building trust and transparency
